How do I register for a race?
Open the event page, click Register Now, choose your category and complete the 10-step form. You will get an email confirmation and QR pass right after payment.
Can I change my category after registering?
Yes, category changes are allowed up to 21 days before race day from your runner portal. Price differences are settled at the time of change.
How do I claim my race kit?
Bring your QR pass and a valid ID to the claiming venue on the published dates. Representatives need an authorization letter plus both IDs.
Can I transfer my slot to another runner?
Slot transfers are allowed until 21 days before race day. The new runner must complete their own runner information and waiver.
When are results published?
Official chip-timed results are posted in the Results section within 48 hours of race day.
Where do I get my finisher certificate?
Certificates are generated automatically once results are official and can be downloaded from the Results page or your runner portal.
Are registration fees refundable?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be offered a credit or a slot in the rescheduled race.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Corporate registrations can be invoiced.
