Race Policies
Cut-off times
Cut-off times are per category and strictly enforced. Runners beyond the cut-off are swept to the finish and recorded as DNF.
Race bib
Bibs must be worn in front, unfolded and visible. Bibs are non-transferable once assigned.
Race kit claiming
Claim within the published dates with your QR pass and valid ID. Unclaimed kits are forfeited 30 days after race day.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Cancelled events are credited toward a future CocoRunning race.
Transfers
Slot and category transfers close 21 days before race day.
Disqualification
Course cutting, bib swapping, unregistered pacers and refusal to follow marshals lead to immediate disqualification.
Weather and safety
Races may be shortened, delayed or cancelled for runner safety. Announcements are sent by email and posted on the event page.
Results protest
Timing protests must be filed within 48 hours of the publication of official results.
