How we use it
To process registrations, assign bibs and waves, produce chip-timed results and certificates, coordinate race kit claiming, and send race-day advisories.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with timing partners, payment processors and event organizers you register with. We never sell runner data.
Photos and media
Event photos and video may be published for promotional use. You may request removal of a specific image at any time.
Retention
Registration and results records are retained for historical race records. You may request deletion of your account profile at any time.
